Flywheel bolt - Porsche 986 Boxster, 996, 997, 987 Boxster and Cayman

Many of the fasteners used in your Porsche`s drivetrain and engine are single-use only, that is, they should be replaced rather than reused once they`ve been torqued down in service.

This includes the fasteners that hold your flywheel on, which should always be replaced.

The factory torque values for the flywheel pan-head screw (M10 x 1 x 50) are: 

Initial torque 25Nm (18 ft/lb), followed by a final torque of 90 degrees.
