This shelf / cubby box replaces the CD or Cassette holder in your Porsche, and is essential if you`re installing a modern double-DIN headunit like the PCCM+ or aftermarket alternative.
It allows you to relocate the A/C controls together with 996.552.339.00.01C A/C Control switch cover (see photo), and provides a handy space for your mobile phone or wallet. This part is also known as a radio-delete shelf.
