Porsche 917 "Hippie" Socks
Porsche 917 "Hippie" Socks
The "Hippie" is perhaps one of the most famous and interesting designs featured on the 917.
Designed by Anatole Lapine in June 1970, using over 1500 spray cans in the course of a weekend, resulting in a very distinctive livery. All this effort, only to be told by Ferdinand Piech that "you know, a race car just has to be white".
80% Combed Cotton, 17% Polyamide, 3% Elastane, suitable for vegans. Created in Portugal using seamless knitting to engineer a more comfortable, durable sock, with no stitches.
Cold / Warm wash inside out, don`t tumble dry, iron, bleach, or dryclean.
